Branding & Community-Building Tip #3: Brand All Your Content

Welcome or Welcome Back to my Branding & Community-Building Tip Series, where I'm diving deep into all my best secrets to success when it comes to growing the communities of your dreams.

We're ready for Tip 3, which is this:

BRAND ALL YOUR CONTENT

What do I mean by that?

Well… instead of having a hodgepodge of posts all over your social media, when you’re branding and building your community, you want people to see or read a post and think and feel something to the effect of “yes, that’s totally DD Scott (insert your name or company or organization here)!”

There are a variety of ways to do this too, and I’ll be giving you all the scoop on each one in blog posts dedicated to each tool/technique!

For example, you can always make sure a lot of the content you’re posting has your logo or website or name on it (not everything… as it’s just fine to pop a selfie in once or twice a week or a photo of something you love - and hopefully it’s something you’re community already knows you love and many of them love that kind of thing too). --- Note my image above for this post, which includes my name, photo, and website.

And here’s another great example… design your content keeping your brand’s color palette and fonts matching those you’ve chosen and perhaps noted in your brand’s mood board.

Not sure what a Mood Board is?

Here's a Sneak Peek at mine for this year:

Also, you’ll want to do what’s called “curating your feed,” which I’ll spend a lot of time teaching you how to do. But in the mean time, check out my Instagram grid and scroll through my Media Feed on X to get a feel for what this concept looks like.

Okay… this gets you started and stay-tuned for lots of great info diving into each of these tools.

Cheers Hugs & Love ~~ DD
